Trade finance companies using Go Asset Finance Ltd. funding lines keep borrowed funds in a segregated, non-depletion account. They employ Financial Instruments like Letters of Credit and blocked funds for transactions, minimizing risk and providing strong protection for your investments.

Fixed and Floating Debenture Over Go Asset Finance Ltd.

All cash in the bank, current and future assets, security held against third parties, intellectual property, and company goodwill are pledged to bondholders.

Debenture Over Fund Recipients

When Go Asset Finance Ltd. lends money to a trade finance provider or asset-backed lender, the same security measures are applied tot hem. These are then ceded to bondholders.

100% Pledge of Go Asset Finance Ltd. Shareholding

All individual shareholders of Go Asset Finance Ltd. have pledged their entire shareholding to bondholders as security for bond performance.

Cession of Legal Liens and Indemnity Insurance

In trade finance deals, legal liens and indemnity insurance are ceded to Go Asset Finance Ltd. to secure the loan and guarantee performance.

To qualify as a high net worth individual, you must certify that in the last financial year, you meet one of the following criteria:

  • You have had an annual income of £100,000 or more (excluding one-off pension withdrawals).
  • You have net assets of £250,000 or more, excluding your primary residence, any loans secured against it, and any pension or insurance contracts.
